Youth Group Rewards Program

Platinum Preferred: Minimum Campers: 30 +

• Lodging and Meals for leaders for only $359 per person (3 rooms, max 2 leaders per room) at the Word of Life Inn (Williams Motel or Economy Rooms) while your teens stay on the Island or Ranch. One of these rooms may be exchanged for one free site at the Family Campground. (All locations are on a space available basis only.) Meals are included with the Inn accommodations; no meals are included with Campground reservations. $75 deposit required upon making of leader reservation (per person).
• 1 free camper for every 10 campers registered. (i.e. 11^th camper free). There is a maximum of 3 free campers.
• Free Lunches on the Island or Ranch for your entire youth ministry staff.
• 25% discount card for leaders (one card per group) to use at any of the Word of Life Bookstores (good only for the summer your teens attend).
• Back Stage Pass and Preferred Seating for Youth Leaders (up to 6) during the Thursday night concert.
• Youth Leaders can attend 2 seminars on Working with Youth.
• Youth Specialist in residence- We will have a youth specialist here to answer questions and be available for consultation at no cost.

Gold Status: Minimum Campers: 20 +

Silver Status: Minimum Campers: 10

This room may be exchanged for one free site at the Family Campground. (All locations are on a space available basis only.) Meals are included with the Inn accommodations; no meals are included with Campground reservations. $75 deposit required upon making of leader reservation (per person).

In order for Leaders to qualify for the listed specials you must:

• When leaders’ rooms are booked, the “special” will not activate until your Ranch/Island groups are paid in full and all camper information is entered in your online reservation.
• Your Ranch/Island groups must be paid in full and have all camper information entered in your online reservation a minimum of 2 weeks prior to arrival in order for your leaders’ rates to be $359 per person  (If balance is not paid and camper information not entered in 2 weeks prior to arrival, the lodging returns to full price per person). A deposit of $75 per person is required at the time of booking. Normal cancellation policy applies.
• Silver Status- (10-19 campers) 1 Williams Motel or Economy discounted room, maximum of 2 leaders at the WOL Inn.  This room can be exchanged for one free site at the Family Campground.  Breakfast & Dinner are included at the Inn; no meals are included at the FCG.
• Gold Status-(20-29 campers) 2 Williams Motel or Economy discounted rooms, maximum of 2 leaders per room=4 people total at the Word of Life Inn.  One of these rooms may be exchanged for one free site at the Family Campground.  (All locations are on a space available basis only.) Breakfast & Dinner are included with the Inn accommodations; no meals are included with Campground reservations.
• Platinum Status- (30+ campers) 3 Williams Motel or Economy discounted rooms, maximum of 2 leaders per room=6 leaders total at the Word of Life Inn.  One of these rooms may be exchanged for one free site at the Family Campground.  (All locations are on a space available basis only.) Breakfast & Dinner are included with the Inn accommodations; no meals are included with Campground reservations.
